Piatti Danville is at 100 Sycamore Valley Road West in the Danville Livery & Mercantile, about half a mile and a ten-minute walk from Hartz Avenue and the shops and galleries of downtown Danville. The Iron Horse Trail runs past the Livery, so it is an easy stop by bike or on foot. Parking is free in the Livery lot.
Piatti has been part of Danville since the mid 1990s and was renovated in 2024 with green velvet banquettes, walnut tables and new lighting around the open kitchen and wood-fired oven. Pasta is rolled and cut by hand every day. Regulars order the spinach and ricotta ravioli in lemon cream, the rigatoni Bolognese, the fritto misto and the funghi pizza, and nobody skips the pugliese bread with Piatti dipping oil.
